A comprehensive full-scale renovation of a classic Baltimore row home, transformed from the ground up into a modern residence. The project included a complete gut renovation with new siding, roofing, and a custom wood deck. Inside, the home features an open-concept kitchen with white shaker cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, hexagonal tile backsplash, and designer lighting including a coffered ceiling detail flowing into the living area with a striking dark chevron accent wall. All bedrooms were refinished with new windows, modern black interior doors, and updated mechanical systems throughout.
